Pregnancy is an incredible time for moms to be. With an ever-changing body, women can find their center through a customized group or private yoga session. We will work through movements and posture to strengthen muscles and increase stamina, utilize breathing techniques to help calm the mind and reduce stress, stretch muscles to relieve tension and create resilience, and find balance physically and emotionally. Jaclyn will create sequences to lessen discomfort so students feel better after each class. She will nurture and prepare the mom to be both physically and mentally throughout pregnancy for birth.
